The student built a contraption out of the cardboard and other materials that each participant then placed up against their face with their nose in the middle. The student then moved a colored shape slowly until the participant could see it. The angle was recorded, then the colored shape was moved more until the participant could itentify what it was, and that angle was recorded as well.

Although the student's hypothesis was proven correct, she also discovered in the process of this project that she had not thought out her variables well enough to produce a reliable result. This would be a great science fair project for someone to improve upon based on this student's experience.
